What we collect: the handle/URL and country you submit with a bid (displayed publicly on the leaderboard), and payment details processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
Stripe processes payments as an independent controller and provides us your email for receipts and service messages about your placement. See Stripe's privacy policy for their processing.
Why: to operate the leaderboard (contract), meet accounting and legal obligations, and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
Retention: leaderboard entries for the life of the site; payment records 6 years (UK tax law).
Your rights: access, correction, erasure of personal data (note: bid amounts remain in aggregate totals), complaint to the ICO. Email hello@backyourflag.com.
Cookies: only essential cookies required for the site and Stripe checkout to function. No advertising trackers.
